We do not ship to US territories outside of the contiguous United States (*U.S. Territories include American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, North Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.)

 

SHIPPING OPTIONS & RATES

We currently offer USPS Economy shipping, which is the default method for all products. All orders ship within 5-8 business days and cost a flat rate of $5.99. (domestic only)

• UPS Ground for larger items
• UPS will not deliver to a PO Box
• If one of the following items are included in your purchase, the complete order will go UPS regardless of what other items may also be included in the purchase.
  • Bow cases, Payload Rolling Duffle, Bar Stools, LED signs, Banners, Umbrellas, Backpacks, Hip Quivers, and Superlite Stretch Quiver.
  • Orders over a total weight of 10 lbs will go UPS

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not offer international shipping for our hard goods. For soft goods, we offer international shipping to the following countries: 

Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, France, Gibraltar, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Sweden, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia

International Soft Goods –

• USPS First Class Shipping
• Shipping rate is based off weight and size of the package (generated at check out)
• Some countries require additional duties and taxes, Hoyt is not responsible for additional duties and taxes.
• International orders may experience shipping delays due to:
  • Customs / Boarder Issues
  • Weather

 

OUR RETURN POLICY

We are happy to offer a 30 day return or exchange policy. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. We accept returns or exchanges in the case of defective or damaged items, or of items of the wrong size.

Items bought on sale during a sales event or items bought at a discounted price are not eligible to be returned.
